Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments

Each time you purchase a product or service from us, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of use, as amended from time to time with or without notice to you.

Service Contracts

With each installation a service contract should be purchased if you do not feel personally comfortable replacing a defective camera. If you purchase our service contract and in the event a security camera or security product stops working or becomes defective within the manufacturer warranty time period we would arrive on scene, take down security product test & if deemed defective send  back to manufacturer & come back and install the new/fixed security product. Most of the time we will replace to security product on the spot and deal with the RMA on our own.

If you DO NOT purchase a service contract from us and one of your cameras or security components becomes defective, you are required to pay for a service call plus applicable fees. This is if you request us to replace a defective security camera or camera component within the manufacturer warranty, fix a networking issue with the DVR, replace cameras or modify camera location. If we arrive and the camera is not defective and the issue was installation related then you don't pay anything. Our warranty for our installation is two years. Timelines for Security Camera Installations

After we receive your deposit installation can typically occur within 1-6 days depending on our schedule. Each installation is different and requires different timelines.

Deposits

We require a non-refundable 25% deposit for all security camera installation jobs prior to arrival.

Forms of Payments

We accept cash, checks, credit cards (visa, mastercard & american express), google checkout, paypal, wire transfers, ach, money orders & western union. Credit cards, google checkout & paypal are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

Internet Connection

If your internet connection in your home or business goes down or gets disturbed & you can not remotely access your dvr online there will be a service call plus applicable fees for fixing an internet issue.

Privacy policy

Credit Cards, Checks or other financial information you provide us with will not be shared with anyone.

SubContracting

To meet deadlines for installation of security cameras we reserve the right to subcontract jobs or partial jobs or a particular part of the installation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless and the site editor's representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders, from any claim or demand, including all legal fees, that may be filed by you or any third party, arising out of your conduct or connection with our company, web site or our installation service, internet hook-up service and/or provision of content.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT HIRING US & ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SERVICES & PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU & WE DO NOT WARRANTY ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OURSELF. ALMOST ALL PRODUCTS WE SELL AND INSTALL HAVE A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. UNLESS YOU PURCHASE A SERVICE CONTRACT FROM US, YOU AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND DEFECTIVE OR NON-WORKING SECURITY PRODUCTS BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH THIS PROCESS CONTACT US AND WE WILL SETUP AN RMA REQUEST FOR THE DEFECTIVE SECURITY PRODUCT.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY, EITHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, THAT ANY PART OF YOU REMOTE MONITORING SERVICE, DVR, CAMERAS OR ANY SECURITY PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR OF ANY QUALITY, NOR IS IT WARRANTED EITHER IMPLICITLY. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT NEITHER OQP SECURITY NOR ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PUCHASED AND/OR INSTALLED.

Some jurisdictions may not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, and certain statements in the above disclaimer may not apply to you as regards implied warranties; the other terms and conditions remain enforceable notwithstanding.

RMA

WE OR THE MANUFACTURER THEMSELVES WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH AN RMA # FOR SENDING BACK DEFECTVIE PRODUCTS WITHIN THE WARRANTY TIME. IF YOU PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THEN THE PRODUCT MUST BE SENT BACK TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT OQP SECURITY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES; THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) THE USE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR THE INABILITY TO USE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, (II) THE COST OF OBTAINING SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND/OR SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY TRANSACTION ENTERED INTO ON THROUGH SERVICES, (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA TRANSMISSIONS, (IV) STATEMENTS BY ANY THIRD PARTY OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY USING SERVICES, OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO SERVICES.

In some jurisdictions, it is not permitted to limit liability and, therefore, such limitations may not apply to you.

Reservation of rights
We reserve all of the sites rights, including but not limited to any and all copyrights, content, information, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary right that our security company may have in respect of this web site, and goods and services that may be provided. Applicable law
You agree that these Terms of use and any dispute arising out of your use of security products or services purchased through us will be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws applicable at the copmany's domicile, notwithstanding any differences between the said applicable legislation and legislation in force at your location. By using this web site and our services and products it provides, you accept that jurisdiction is granted to the courts having jurisdiction over the company's domicile, and that any disputes will be heard by the said courts.
